Returnly may provide participating businesses with tools to communicate with their customers through SMS and other communication channels.

Returnly is a technology and service provider and is not responsible for the products, services, promotions, pricing, or business practices of participating businesses.

2. Customer Communications

Participating businesses may use Returnly to communicate with customers who have voluntarily provided their contact information and, where required, consented to receive communications.

Communications may include:

  • Promotional offers

  • Discounts or rewards

  • Customer-reengagement messages

  • Reminders

  • Updates

  • Business-related information

  • Other communications described when you provide your information

The frequency and content of messages may vary depending on the participating business and the communication program.

3. SMS Communications

If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS communications from a participating business using Returnly, you authorize that business and its authorized service providers, including Returnly, to send text messages to the mobile number you provided.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a message.

For assistance, reply HELP when supported or contact the participating business or Returnly.

4. No Guarantee of Offers or Promotions

Returnly provides technology that may be used to distribute offers, promotions, or rewards.

Returnly does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, value, expiration, or redemption of any offer provided by a participating business.

Questions or disputes regarding an offer should be directed to the participating business that issued the offer.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Returnly for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to access another person’s account or information without authorization

  • Interfere with or disrupt Returnly’s services

  • Use Returnly to distribute unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive communications

  • Circumvent SMS opt-out mechanisms

  • Use Returnly to send messages to individuals without the legally required consent

  • Use Returnly in violation of applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, or messaging-industry standards

6. Intellectual Property

The Returnly name, branding, website, software, content, designs, graphics, and other materials provided by Returnly are owned by or licensed to Returnly and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without authorization.

7. Third-Party Services

Returnly may rely on third-party technology providers, telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, and other service providers to operate its services.

Returnly is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party systems outside of Returnly’s reasonable control.
